Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,136 to $2,336 per week in Tucson, AZ

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state mandated continuing education requirements

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Weekend requirement: Two weekend days per month
