Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within specialty
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Herman & Wallace Level 1 certification, or APTA Pelvic Health certification, or strong orthopedic PT experience with post-op, spine, lower extremity, and sports
• No new grads

• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday
