Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Influenza vaccination or approved medical or religious exemption required
• Mercy cover sheet required
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation with patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries
