Broad range of patient demographics - use of the gym and turf for higher function/sports as well. Good sized team....will be 5th PT in there so great team atmosphere. Bay State PT is a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast. This clinic has open hours from 7:00am-7:30pm M-F. Inside the Kingsbury Club! PT would have access to use the Club will on assingment Start ASAP Duration - 13-weeks to 26-weeks Guarantee- 40 hours/week Productivity - 55-63 patients/week Schedule - open to 4x10s; must be open to 2 evenings/week (until 7:30pm) Cancel Notice - 30 days EMR - Raintree Notes - Must have at least 3 months of OP exp or 1 year of PT exp in other settings. New Grads accepted? No HealthStream Modules will be required as a part of pre-placement requirements. Agencies will be reimbursed a 1 time payment of $180 with proof of completion certificates.
