Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team

- Double-book follow-up visits as needed
- Float between clinics as required
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Valid Physical Therapist license
