Key Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients requiring Physical Therapy services across a wide variety of diagnoses
  • Provide treatment as part of an interdisciplinary team in an acute inpatient setting
  • Deliver education to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Complete all clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills
Required Qualifications
  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Inpatient Physical Therapy experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local travelers will not be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience working within an interdisciplinary team in an acute care hospital environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse patient caseload with varying diagnoses
