This travel role is ideal for a healthcare professional specializing in rehabilitation therapies, looking to work in a vibrant clinical setting. The facility utilizes Meditech and RehabConnect for documentation, and the role requires specialized hands-on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist- Provide hands-on therapy tailored to patients with TBI, stroke, ortho, cardiac, SCI, pulmonary, and debility
- Utilize equipment such as Sara Stedy, Sara Plus, and hoyer lifts
- Conduct family trainings and interdisciplinary team conferences
- Perform procedures like e-stim, ultrasound, splinting, and wound care
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using Meditech and RehabConnect
- Participate in preventing complications such as autonomic dysreflexia, skin integrity issues, and pressure ulcers
Requirements of the Physical Therapist- Current licensure to practice in NC
- Experience in an inpatient rehab hospital preferred
- Proficiency in safe patient handling techniques
- Training in wheelchairs, prosthetics, orthotics, and adaptive equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
