Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in skilled nursing, long term care, outpatient, home health, assisted living, or independent living settings

• 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid break
