Skills Required: 1+ yr PT experience, no new graduates Patient Ratios/Productivity: 11-13 patients/day, assuming 8-hr day. We book on the 30 minutes with visits lasting 60+ minutes and consistent overlap. We do utilize techs to help extend care during busy times. Our caseload expectation is 55-65 visits per week. Evaluation Times: 60 minutes for Evals. 30 minutes for follow-ups. Types of Cases Seen: Ortho Skills: Achilles Tendonitis; ACL Tear; Back Pain-Post Operative; Calf Strain; Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; Disc Herniation; Fractures/Stress Fractures; Generalized Low Back Pain; Headache; Meniscus Tear; Osteoarthritis; Osteoporosis; Plantar fasciitis; Postural Dysfunction; Rotator Cuff Non-surgical Intervention; Rotator Cuff Repair-Post Operative Care; SI Joint Dysfunction; Stenosis; Thoracic Outlet Syndrome; TMJ Dysfunction; Total Joint Replacement Patient Population: Adults; Adolescent Schedule Details: General parameters: start 2+ days/wk at 7am and end 2+ days/wk at 7pm (last patient taken at 6pm); Willing to be flexible on the full-time schedule for the right candidate. Clinic Hours: M: 10-7 Tu: 7-4 W: 10-7 Th: 7-4 F: 7-4 Documentation: NextGen + Sidekick AI documentation Staff Support in Clinic: We have a full time front office manager who handles insurance, scheduling, payments, etc. and multiple techs to support patient care. Floating Requirements: Possible floating to the Peoria clinic 15 minutes away. Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: Open to discussion.
