Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required clinical documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent Oregon state licensure must be obtained promptly if starting on a compact license
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Must meet contract quality assurance credentialing requirements before starting assignment
• Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
