Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must submit Screening Questions and Resume
• Must have at least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in other settings

Assignment Details

• Schedule includes either 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days
• Shift hours are 0800-1830
• Shift days are Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
• Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:30pm
• EMR: Raintree
