Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult patients including post-operative and chronic pain populations
  • Evaluate and treat orthopedic and neurological conditions including post-op knee, hip, and shoulder cases, as well as low back and neck pain
  • Utilize specialized equipment including e-stim, Hivamat, laser therapy, Alter G, and Vector systems
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Indiana
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Manual therapy skills and techniques
  • Experience treating post-operative orthopedic patients (knee, hip, shoulder)
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR
