Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Pay Rate: $2021.00 - $2082.00
Travel PT Outpatient jobs in Centralia, WA and Lacey, WA offer 13 or 26-week contracts, Monday through Friday with 8-hour days. You will spend three days in Centralia and two days in Lacey, working 40 hours per week with on-call responsibilities. You must have a Washington license. New grads are welcome, and you will provide one-on-one treatment.
Your responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and documenting progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and educate patients on recovery strategies. Mentorship opportunities are available to support your professional growth
