Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
• Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop individualized patient care plans.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
