Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,003 to $2,203 per week in Tulsa, OK

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Acute care experience required
• Experience working in a Level 2 trauma center required
• Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, cardiovascular, oncological, and general medical conditions required
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record required
• Ability to work on all units within the hospital required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:30-5
• Shift days: Mon-Fri
• Weekend requirement: Minimum of 2 weekend days per month
• Work setting includes all units within the hospital
