Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate:$49.80 - $58.10 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, acute care, or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong patient assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and positive rehabilitation outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform comprehensive mobility, strength, balance, and functional assessments
- Implement therapeutic exercise, gait training, mobility interventions, and rehabilitation programs
- Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor patient progress
- Modify treatment plans based on patient response and clinical findings
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy techniques and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient progress reviews
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Promote patient safety, independence, mobility, and overall quality of life
