Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,971 to $2,171 per week in Luray, VA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active VA License is required to start the assignment
• BLS certification from AHA is required
• 2+ years of physical therapy experience is required
• Outpatient experience is required
• Neuro experience is required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 7:30 AM - 5:15 PM
• Scheduled days: Monday through Thursday
• Weekend requirement: None
• On-call requirement: None
