Facility Overview: 2 PT / 2 PTA clinic. General orthopedic and balance-focused patient population. Position Needed: PT preferred. Open to PTA. Key Experience and Skills Required: Outpatient experience. Patient Ratios / Productivity: 50 visits per week. Evaluation Times: 1-hour 1:1 evaluations. Approximately 10 evaluations per week. Types of Cases Seen: Total Joint Replacement, TMJ Dysfunction, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Stenosis, SI Joint Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff Repair (Post-Operative Care), Rotator Cuff Non-Surgical Intervention, Postural Dysfunction, Plantar Fasciitis, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, Meniscus Tear, Headache, Generalized Low Back Pain, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Disc Herniation, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Calf Strain, Back Pain (Post-Operative), ACL Tear, and Achilles Tendonitis. Patient Population: Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric. Years of Experience Preferred: 1+ year. New Graduates Accepted: No. Schedule Details: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM. Schedule Structure: Ideally 5x8s; 4x10s may be considered. Clinic Hours: Monday Thursday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM 3:00 PM. Documentation System: NextGen. Staff Support: 2 PECs. Floating Requirements: None. Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: Yes.
