Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience.
• Physical Therapist credential required to start.
• HEP B required to start.
• TB required to start.
• Flu required to start.
• Tdap required to start.

Assignment Details

• Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• One-hour lunches are included.
• Floating to another nearby clinic may be considered if staffing is secured.
• Documentation system: NextGen.
