Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience.
• New graduates are not accepted.
• Physical Therapist licensure in NC is required to start.
• Hep B required.
• TB required.
• Flu required.
• Tdap required.

Assignment Details

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Schedule structure is ideally 5x8s; 4x10s may be considered.
• No floating required.
