Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,945 to $2,145 per week in Plainfield, NJ

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required

Assignment Details

• Patient population includes adolescents through geriatrics
• Caseload may include sports injuries, post-operative patients, and neurologic conditions
• Schedule is typically Monday through Friday
• Potential for four 10-hour shifts
• EMR: WebPT
