Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon (permanent license required)
• Experience in an outpatient therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient clinic
• Strong documentation and communication skills
