Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,850 to $2,050 per week in Fort Morgan, CO

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health OASIS Experience
• MPT or DPT

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800a-0430p
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday
• No call required
• Travel required daily
• Float to surrounding areas and counties within the agency service area, generally within a 50-mile radius
• Work takes place in patients' homes
