Prepares, transmits, and maintains measurement and assessment records. Reports tests, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested. Participates in writing and presentation of individual claimant/client treatment plans. Includes formulating goals and planning appropriate physical therapy treatment. Plans periodic reassessment of claimant/client progress and revises plan as necessary. Participates in ongoing continuing education and in-service training. Engages in research projects and program development. Involved in the training of pre-clinical and clinical physical therapy students, physical therapy assistant students, licensed physical therapy assistants, and therapy aides.
