Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,779 to $1,979 per week in Stone Mountain, GA

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapist experience in an outpatient setting is required.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic patient population is required.

Assignment Details

• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week.
• Expected patient volume is 12-14 patients per day.
• Double-booking of follow up visits is expected.
• Float to other clinics is not required.
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked.
