Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13 week assignment.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Outpatient setting.
• Patient scheduling includes 60 minute evaluations and 30 minute follow-up visits.
