Bay State Physical Therapy 173 Essex St Swampscott, MA 01907-1150 Duration - 13-weeks to 26-weeks (flexible) Guarantee- 40 hours/week Productivity - 55-63 patients/week Schedule - Open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days or 4x9 + 1x4 hours Must be open to 2 evenings/week (until 7:30pm) Cancel Notice - 30 days EMR - Raintree Notes - Must have at least 3 months of OP exp or 1 year of PT exp in other settings.
