Job Opportunity – Physical Therapy Assistant – Lacey, WA 98503

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Lacey, Washington – 1.5 hours from Seattle, close to outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, fishing, and mountain biking

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week

Requirements:
  • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
  • National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) certification for PTAs through FSBPT
  • Current BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
  • Active Washington state PTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and caregivers
  • Physical stamina to assist patients with movement and therapeutic exercises
  • Clean professional background and ability to complete comprehensive credentialing requirements
