Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,655 to $1,855 per week in Clarksville, TN

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient settings
• Experience treating general outpatient orthopedic patients
• New graduates are not accepted
• First-time travelers are not accepted

Assignment Details

• Float to other clinics may be required
• Productivity expectation is 60 patients per week
• Dress code is business casual
