The therapy staff services an entire facility. Our facility features a 28-bed IRF and an acute care hospital, with an average census of 240 patients. Our team consists of 17 PTs, including both full-time and PRN staff. The patient ratios are typically 4 patients per day for the IRF and 8-12 patients per day for acute care. The department is equipped with 2 therapy gyms, Vector, LiteGait, and an ADL Apartment. We utilize an EMR system for efficient documentation. Candidates will be expected to perform evaluations, treatments, and discharges. Family training and team conferences are also part of the role. Experience in hospital or IRF settings, particularly with stroke or neuro patients, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a flexible and collaborative personality.
