Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist Assistant – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), outpatient setting

Requirements:
  • Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required at time of submittal
  • Minimum 1 year of PTA experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • Experience with charting systems (any system acceptable)
  • Skills in outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, acute care, and skilled nursing facility settings preferred
  • Proficiency with assistive devices including walkers, crutches, gait belts, and prosthetics
  • Experience treating orthopedic conditions, post-operative patients, neurological disorders, and rehabilitation cases
