AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson Therapy Partners to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Salt Lake City, Utah, 84124!

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Utah PT license is required.
  • MSPT or DPT degree from an accredited PT program.
  • Must pass the NPTE.
  • Experience with neuro, multi-trauma, and medically complex diagnoses.
  • Ability to complete a thorough chart review and understand lab values and weight bearing precautions.
  • Previous use of mobility devices and lift systems.
  • Understanding of back braces, UE/LE positioning devices, and hip, spine, and cardiac precautions.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 7:00AM-7:00PM.
  • Shift days: Friday-Sunday, plus one mid-week shift.
  • Alternate weekends are required.
  • Cross training on the acute care side will occur during week two.
  • Floating to the acute care side of the hospital may be required based on census.
  • Documentation systems: EPIC and UDS.
  • Equipment used includes Sara Stedy, Vector, BITS, BURT, Bioness H200 UE, ARJO mobility device and mechanical lift, Liko overhead lift, walkers, canes, and wheelchairs.
