Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), Monday through Friday

Requirements:

• Proficiency in outpatient clinic and rehabilitation hospital settings preferred
