PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence.

SHIFT DETAILS
- Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- Day Shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $51.00 - $59.50 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care settings preferred
- Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercise, mobility, balance, strength, and endurance programs
- Assess functional limitations and establish measurable rehabilitation goals
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient progress reviews
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Promote patient safety, independence, and overall quality of life
