Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of specialty experience and pelvic health or orthopedic certification for an outpatient rehab setting.

Details

  • Outpatient Rehab Services setting
  • 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week, schedule runs 8am-6pm Monday through Friday
  • Caseload includes pelvic health patients or orthopedic patients with post-op, spine, LE, and sports-related conditions
  • No on-call requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within specialty required, no new graduates
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • GA PT License required if applicable
  • AHA BLS certification required
  • Herman & Wallace Level 1 Certification or APTA Pelvic Health Certification required, OR strong orthopedic PT experience with post-op, spine, LE, and sports rehabilitation

Additional Information

  • Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
  • Does not accept local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
  • Returning staff who previously worked permanently at this facility must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
  • RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer acceptance
