Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Downtown Sacramento, CA. This outpatient physical therapy position involves evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries within a clinic setting. The role requires collaborating with a team of therapists to provide effective care and communicate treatment plans to medical professionals.
Job Details
- Position Description: Treat outpatient orthopedic injuries, evaluate and manage musculoskeletal conditions, communicate with medical teams, and report patient progress to doctors, including orthopedic and hand surgeons.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, current license for the practicing state, at least 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience, and proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Experience treating strains, sprains, and fractures is highly desired. Experience treating 14-16 patients daily and practicing as a physical therapist for at least two years are also highly preferred.
