Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient - Muncie, IN. This outpatient orthopedic position involves evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries within a clinic setting. The role requires collaboration with medical teams and providing patient progress reports to in-house and specialty doctors.
Job Details
- Position Description: Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries; communicate treatment plans effectively to medical teams; report patient progress to in-house doctors and specialty doctors such as orthopedic surgeons and hand surgeons; provide assistance to colleagues in identifying issues.
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degrees, Location, and Experience: BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy; current license for the practicing state; 2 years of experience practicing as a physical therapist; required outpatient orthopedic experience; required manual therapy techniques; experience treating strains, sprains, and fractures.
- Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8-hour days, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Position available starting 10/26/2026 with an end date of 01/25/2027. Flexibility in workweek (either 40 hours or 32 hours with adjusted rate) available. Experience treating 14-16 patients per day is highly desired; experience with outpatient orthopedic injuries and manual therapy techniques preferred.
