Job Summary
Physical Therapist, Outpatient. This position provides primarily outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services, with additional exposure to geriatric and neurological populations. The role may include a blended practice across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 1 year of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience may also be considered.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM; 8-hour shifts with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Typical caseload includes 1012 scheduled patients per day, with approximately 811 patients seen. Visits generally include 13 evaluations and follow-up appointments lasting 30 or 45 minutes. Patient populations may include adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatric patients.
