The provider will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor treatment effectiveness, and document care in accordance with department guidelines. No pediatric patients under 10 years of age.
- Required Qualifications: BLS (AHA) certification; Physical Therapist (PT) license; 2 years of experience; minimum of 1-year outpatient orthopedic experience; location requirement: the position is onsite; schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with 40 hours per week.
