- Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 3:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM7:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 3:00 PM; 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
