Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in a healthcare setting. This position involves providing outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation care, with additional exposure to geriatric and neurological populations. The role offers opportunities across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation environments.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist; outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience will also be considered; at least 1 year of experience; valid state license (compact license must be in hand at submission).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with charting systems such as Epic is preferred.
- Responsibilities: Deliver outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, evaluate and treat patients within scope of practice, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Additional Information: The position involves outpatient care primarily with opportunities to work in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Candidates should be prepared to work with diverse patient populations, including geriatric and neurological cases.
- Submission requirements: Candidates must respond to whether they have previously worked at a healthcare facility affiliated with the organization, including location and dates, and provide two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years.
