Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with an expected productivity of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
• Deliver individualized evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with clinic staff and leadership to maintain quality patient care standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• First-time travelers and new graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with orthopedic patient populations and treatment protocols
• Comfort working in a productivity-driven, high-volume clinic environment
