Job Summary:

Job Details:

Schedule: Days, 8:00am 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license, outpatient experience (new graduates welcome), BLS/CPR certification, 1 year of experience preferred, located within Illinois

Float: Float rotation may be required.
