Position Overview
Seeking a Physical Therapist for a 26-week outpatient rehabilitation assignment in Seattle, Washington. The therapist will provide individualized patient care, develop treatment plans, monitor rehabilitation progress, and maintain accurate clinical documentation to support improved mobility and functional outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum 3 year of PT experience
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
Complete clinical documentation in accordance with ATI requirements.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals.
