Job Details

Position Description: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services. Ensures the design of functional treatment programs facilitating patient reintegration into community activities.
Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited school, at least 6 months of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans, and maintains timely, accurate documentation. Participates in student programs and pursues ongoing professional development in accordance with licensure and regulatory standards. Adheres to all safety and organizational policies, promoting a culture of safety through diligent practices.
