Job Details
- Certifications / Education Requirements / Degree Requirements / Location Requirements / Years of Experience: Valid state license or compact license in hand at submission; at least 1 year of experience; minimum of 0 years; outpatient, acute care, LTC/SNF experience preferred.
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Job Responsibilities: Provide competent and compassionate outpatient physical therapy services, assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, implementing therapy, and documenting patient progress.
- Additional Information: The position requires adherence to clinical protocols and effective patient communication. The role involves working in a primarily outpatient setting with opportunity for inpatient coverage as needed.
- Submission Requirements: Response to whether the candidate has prior experience working at a healthcare facility as a permanent employee, travel contractor, or registry/per-diem, including location and dates. Two references covering the last 1 year (6 months if CNA), during compliance and prior to start.
