Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This full-time outpatient position involves assessing and treating neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems using physical or mechanical means to maintain or restore function, manage pain, and promote mobility and health as prescribed by the referring physician. The role includes developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized care plans, collaborating with patients and interdisciplinary teams, and supervising rehabilitation staff.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8-hour shift from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, starting on 09/07/2026, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors, or Associates Degree in Physical Therapy. Demonstrates accountability and skills in assessment/evaluation, decision-making, and time management. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous outpatient physical therapy experience is advantageous.
