  • Shift: 4x10 (0645-1700), or flexible 8 or 10-hour shifts; no weekends
  • Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 40 hours weekly starting 10/26/2026 through 01/25/2027
  • Required Qualifications: BLS certification, minimum 1 year of outpatient therapy experience, active Illinois license, 10/26/2026 start date, open to first-time travelers, no geographic restrictions for locals, and flexible with shift requests.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community hospital settings and advanced certifications in relevant therapy skills.
  • Additional Information: The facility is a 25-bed Critical Access hospital providing diverse patient care. The outpatient therapy services include evaluation, assessment, and treatment of orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions, utilizing modalities such as cryotherapy, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation. The therapist will work within an interdisciplinary team and is expected to manage patient care in accordance with best practices, safety protocols, and compliance standards including module completion and licensing requirements. Floating may be required within the hospital or nearby facilities, and adherence to facility and compliance instructions is mandatory.
