- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Active state license; minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy; 0 years minimum experience required; licensed health care professional.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The position commences on 12/14/2026, and the assignment ends on 03/13/2027. Float rotation is not required.
- Submission requirements include verification of active license and completion of documentation with ATI before start date.
