- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist, with a minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Additional Information: The outpatient caseload includes orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, neurologic, vestibular, general medical, and geriatric patients.
